Mandy Greene

Mandy Greene, Owner/Instructor


"Movement has been a huge part of my life since the age of 2, and I am so honored to share it with many people everyday. Owning a Pilates studio is the perfect blend of my two passions... Dance and fitness." Mandy has been in the Fitness and Health Industry since 2000. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of New Mexico, and currently owner of Forever Fit.

Forever Fit is her home to inspire and motivate people through functional movement, optimal Nutrition and mindset. Additional specialties and accomplishments include receiving the first annual Bill Evans Senior Exiting Award for Excellence in Dance at the University of New Mexico, 3 years with Rainbow Tribe, a Boston-based dance company, NASM and AFAA Personal Trainer Certified, and Pilates trained through the PhysicalMind Institute. She is also willpower & grace, TRX, Beyond Barre, Zumba and Reiki I & II certified. Mandy's extra time is spent with her husband, and two beautiful daughters. She loves to run, go to her camp, spend time at the beach, and constantly share her love and passions.

Katie

Katie Flaherty


Katie graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2002 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. She went on to work in cardiac rehabilitation for 7 years. Cardiac rehab is where she developed her love for working with patients living with any heart related conditions.

Katie has been a student of Pilates for over 7 years and is still amazed after every session how empowered, strong, and confident one feels from Pilates. She has gone on to become a certified Mat Pilates instructor from the PhysicalMind Institute. Katie has also been trained in TRX Suspension Training and has been instructing TRX since 2011 and has recently undergone her certification in Beyond Barre. She is thrilled to incorporate her 30 plus years of dance into training while helping others sculpt, strengthen and stretch their way to optimal health.

Katie’s greatest joy when working with clients is watching the mind & body transform and merge as one. “That’s the feeling of empowerment, strength, and confidence that we are all so deserving of.” She is available for private sessions as well as group classes and looks forward to working with all fitness levels.

Robin

Robin Stickney

Robin has been teaching at Forever Fit since 2011.

As a Landscape Gardener for over 25 years, Robin found her Pilates practice to be a key element in maintaining balance in life. Balance in body and mind. The deepening of her practice allowed her to share with others the benefits of a Pilates Lifestyle.

Robin is certified in Pilates Mat & Apparatus through the PhysicalMind Institute in NYC. She is also certified in TRX Suspension Training, TRX Sports Medicine and BeyondBarre.

Robin shares her knowledge of fitness and of the natural world with passion and enthusiasm. She is available for group or private training.


Jenna

Jenna Madore


Always having an interest in promoting wellness and optimizing health Jenna works a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition. Loving being physically active and practicing what she believes in Jenna is taking the next step to promote health through exercise. Jenna has been dancing for over 23 years and continues to train in Portland. She has studied Pilates for the past 3 years. Jenna is very enthusiastic about Beyond Barre bringing her passion for dance and Pilates together.

abi

Abi Arseneault


Abi has been taking classes at Forever Fit for 6 years now, and finally decided to take the jump into art of teaching. She is a mom of two very active children, and loves to run and be outside whenever possible. Abi currently works as a Branch Manager in the Main Office of Biddeford Savings. She has been working in banking for 9 years now and truly enjoys what she does. Abi has also been dancing since the age of 4, and continues to love it!

Jen

Jennifer Burke


Jen has been working out at Forever Fit for the last four years. A political nerd by trade, Jen uses exercise to relieve stress, stay healthy and remain fit. Jen first took to the TRX straps three years ago and has been taking at least one TRX class a week ever since. Jen credits TRX circuit training as a great tool in helping her reach her personal health and fitness goals and hopes to help others achieve success through TRX.

Jen took her TRX group training certification in August and looks forward to showing the Forever Fit community how rewarding a TRX workout can be.

Jen Poore

Jennifer is a wife, mom, teacher, and yogi. Jen has a master’s degree in elementary education and is currently a preschool teacher. She is the mother of two children in middle school, so she needs yoga daily! Jennifer’s has a son with autism, and raising him has taught her profound lessons about how life should be lived. Jen has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, and discovered Ashtanga Yoga 7 years ago. She is excited to share this beautiful yoga tradition with Forever Fit.
