Kaye Richardson

Kaye RichardsonKaye Richardson began her journey into the fitness industry in 1998 as a way to manage the high stress levels of 18 years in the field of social work. With a BA is Social Welfare, Kaye enrolled in the University of Southern Maine Lifeline Program, earning her Fitness Instructor Certification in April 2000. She worked at a local gym teaching a variety of aerobics classes while completing her Personal Trainer Certification through the American Aerobic and Fitness Association (AFAA). Kaye concentrated on building her Personal Training business for several years when Pilates was introduced to her. She began her certification with The PhysicalMind Institute in April 2003, becoming certified in Mat Pilates. In October 2003, she began her class work for certification with the Pilates Apparatus. While attending the Master’s program in Exercise Science at California University of Pennsylvania, Kaye completed 200 hours of training/interning with the Pilates Apparatus. She received her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Fitness and Wellness in Dec. 2005, a second Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Jan. 2006 and her full Pilates Apparatus Certification through The PhysicalMind Institute in 2006.

Through Kaye's affiliation with The PhysicalMind Institute, she was able to complete the Institute's certification to be the Maine studio to certify interested professionals in Mat Pilates and the Apparatus. Her new venture: working with SF Resources to complete her portfolio as a Teacher/Trainer for the New England region.

Kaye has successfully completed her training with the BOSU Balance Trainer and is now a certified Master Trainer for BOSU.

Mandy Greene

Mandy GreeneMandy has been in the Fitness Industry since 2000. She started off teaching group fitness classes at Gold's Gym, as she pursued her BA Degree in Dance from the University of New Mexico. Mandy received a one-year scholarship on behalf of the Friends of Dance and also the first annual Bill Evans Senior Exiting Award for Excellence in Dance. Mandy moved to Boston in 2004 and joined Boston-based dance company Rainbow Tribe. While in Boston, she completed her Personal Training Certification through AFAA and worked at Crunch Fitness/Bally Total Fitness training and teaching group classes.

Mandy resides in Maine where she works at Forever Fit, a Personal Training/ Pilates Studio. Mandy has completed her full Pilates certification, Mat and Apparatus, through The PhysicalMind Institute. She is a certified Zumba instructor and has completed her level I & II in willPower & grace barefoot training. Mandy is a Level I Reiki Practitioner. She also is the director and choreographer for Coastal Xtreme Cheer, a competitive cheering team based at Dudziak's School of Gymnastics.
