TRX/Glide for Men
Combine the strength training benefits of TRX with a cardio blast using the Beyond Barre Glide Board.
This 55-minute Men's ONLY class will begin with a TRX total-body workout leveraging gravity and the user’s own body weight on the suspension training straps. The class will end with a 10-minute blast on the Glide Board to provide a fun, intense and highly effective cardio component.

Barefoot Cardio! This program begins with a dance/yoga warm-up of stretches and strength-building postures. Then it moves to a cardio boot camp–style workout based on squats and lunges, with balance poses that incorporate arm movements for added intensity. Learn how to utilize the muscles in your feet with a full body functional strength workout. We plank, we squat, we lunge and we practice willpower while landing with grace. Combine with Mat Pilates on Tuesday mornings, and join us for the combo class on the beach in the summer months. A perfect way to start your day!
Roll Away Stress - Break up stagnant connective tissue using the foam roller, and strengthen and lengthen your muscles while fine-tuning your core. The class ends with a short-guided meditation.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a therapeutic sequence that synchronizes breathing with postures. This yoga practice helps to heal, cleanse, and tone the body. Best of all, this form of yoga will also begin to give you the necessary tools to quiet the mind…both on and off the mat!
Learn how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through the remarkable changes of pregnancy! This class uses a modified sequence of Pilates exercises, simple stretches and functional cardio/strength training designed especially for pregnant women. This blend of movement can help strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, improve balance and alignment as the body grows. They will also help reduce lower back pain, and increase circulation and blood flow to you and your baby.
Willpower for girlPower
This class is designed for girls ages 8-18 to help teach body awareness and self-confidence, which increasing fitness level in a fun, nurturing environment. Empower young girls to take care of themselves inside and out, while strengthen their bodies from the feet up. This improves ankle, knee & hip stabilization. They will increase strength, muscular endurance and willPower! Create a class for a group of friends, organized activity or school event.
Relax and let us do the work! Assisted stretching, also known as partner stretching, is a type of flexibility training when another person, or partner, is used to help further stretch and lengthen the muscles. The second person can apply additional force to deepen the stretch.
